Nigel Howard is a South Florida native who brings a strong mix of local insight, communication skills, and client-focused service to his role with InsureMeNow360. With a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Studies from Florida Atlantic University, he developed a solid foundation in storytelling, digital communication, and problem-solving—skills that translate directly into helping clients understand complex insurance options in a clear and practical way.
He holds a Florida 20-44 Property and Casualty Personal Lines Agent License, equipping him with the technical knowledge and regulatory understanding needed to guide individuals and families through coverage decisions with confidence. Nigel is detail-oriented and efficient, focusing on making the insurance process straightforward, transparent, and tailored to each client’s needs rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions.
In his professional approach, Nigel is known for being reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. Jacob Gerum is a South Florida native, born and raised, with a strong passion for helping people protect what matters most. He attended Florida Atlantic University and brings over six years of experience in the insurance industry, along with years of experience in sales and customer service. Jacob currently holds his Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License as well as his 2-15 Health, Life, and Annuities License, allowing him to assist clients with a wide range of personal and commercial insurance needs.
Raised by a single mother—whom he describes as the most amazing woman he’s ever known—Jacob developed a deep appreciation for hard work, resilience, and the importance of looking out for others. That upbringing is the driving force behind his commitment to helping individuals and families secure their financial future and protect the people they love.
Known for his upbeat personality and natural ability to connect, Jacob is a true people person who thrives on building genuine relationships. His approach is simple: understand each client’s unique situation and provide solutions that offer real value and peace of mind.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending quality time with his family and embraces the South Florida lifestyle. He enjoys boating, fishing, riding motorcycles, and motocross—always bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to his personal life as he does to his career.

Franccesco Menacho is a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent at InsureMeNow360
with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. As a second-generation
Property & Casualty agent, insurance has always been a part of his life, giving him a deep
understanding of the importance of protecting families, businesses, and personal assets
with the right coverage.
Franccesco is passionate about making the insurance process simple, transparent, and
stress-free for his clients. He takes pride in building long-term relationships through honest
guidance, responsive communication, and personalized service. His experience includes
helping clients with auto, home, commercial, and business insurance solutions tailored to
their individual needs and goals.
Currently based in Delray Beach, FL, Franccesco has lived throughout South Florida, from
Miami to Broward County and Palm Beach County. Growing up across these communities
has allowed him to develop strong local relationships and a deep understanding of the
unique insurance needs of South Florida residents and business owners.
